Malo's Day at the Zoo
Today was the super day for Milo! He/She went to the zoo with his/her mom and dad and saw all types of amazing animals. First, he/she saw the lions, which were so tall and graceful. Then, Malo watched the bears play in their enclosure. They were so cute! He/She even got to feed a zebra some yummy carrots. After all that excitement, Molly had a scrumptious snack at the zoo cafe and then it was time to go home. Malo can't wait to visit the zoo again soon!
Sharing is Caring for Malo
Once upon a time, there was a kind/playful/sweet little boy named Malo. Malo had many/lots of/a ton of toys, but he never wanted to/liked to/enjoyed to share them with his friends/other children/the kids at playtime. He thought all the fun/best/coolest toys were just for him/only his/his alone.
One day, Malo was playing with a shiny new car/his favorite teddy bear/a big red ball when one of his friends/another child/a little girl named Lily came over. Lily wanted to play too, but Malo said no/shook his head/wouldn't let her. He kept the toy all for himself/didn't want to give it up/held onto it tightly.
Lily felt sad/disappointed/hurt. She started to cry/turned away/walked away slowly. Malo saw that Lily was upset/crying/feeling bad and he started to feel sorry/bad/guilty. He realized that sharing could be fun/made everyone happy/was a good thing to do.
Malo took a deep breath and told Lily, "Here, you can try this.".
Lily was so happy! She smiled brightly/laughed and hugged Malo/thanked Malo. They played together for a long time, having lots of fun/being happy friends/sharing the toy. Malo learned that sharing makes everyone feel good/is better than keeping things to himself/can be a lot of fun.
From that day on, Malo always tried to be kind and share/share his toys with others/play fair with his friends. He realized that friendships are important/sharing is caring/making friends was more fun than being alone.
Milo's First Day of School
Malo was excited/felt nervous/couldn't wait for his first day of school. He had on his new/bright/favorite backpack and giggled. His mom/dad/grandmother helped him/walked him/carried him to the school bus stop. The bus was big/colorful/yellow and full of kids/students/children. Malo saw some kids he knew/had met before/played with. He waved to them and they all laughed/played/chatted. Malo's first day of school was fun/amazing/great.
